I was very pleased with this purchase. It does not have any preset buttons to save stations, but it does however save the last station it was set to, even when you completely turn off the dock. Some of the other car docks do not do that, so be aware of that. It looked much more expensive than a dock, and is worth the extra 5 bones over one of those bulky ones with the two clamps. My friend has one of those bulky ones, and it just looks cheap and does not work well. The radio tuner is very static free (Even in Denver where the radio is packed with stations for top to bottom) though as with most radio transmitters you lose a lot of bass and treble, and just some amount of sound quality. It sounds a lot better coming from my old school tape deck adapter.
The arm is relatively stable, but it does shake a bit when you're driving, but you can expect that even from the -100 ipod car docks. It comes with 4 or 5 adapters, and my ipod video was very stable. My wife's Iphone 3GS also fit will in the dock.
If the sound quality were a bit better, and if it had programmable stations I would have given it a 5. I'm definitely happy with the price I paid and what I recieved. Shipping was pretty fast too, at less than a week.

I'm not particularly adept with electronic devices but found this very easy to set up and the sound is as clear as anyone needs it to be.
False advertising! - Boston Sean -
Just as another reviewer mentioned (I wish I had seen that review before I bought this!), this adapter is totally unusable with the iPod Touch. Not only does a little message pop up on the Touch's screen saying the device is not compatible (meaning it won't recharge), the FM radio function also dramatically failed to work.
Do not be fooled by the "compatible with any iPod (adapters included)" ad line for this disappointing product: what they mean is that the iPod Touch will physically fit in the device, not that it will actually work!
Incidentally, the package does not include any means of fastening the device to one's dashboard, so even if it had worked with our Touch, we'd probably still be returning it.
Pyle (the company that made it), I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your souls :(
itouch fail - boppo -
it will not support my ipod touch it just makes popping sounds and fails at life!
